Community Commitment

Commitment

By joining a Footbreaks meet up and becoming part of the Footbreaks Community, you're committing to fostering a positive, welcoming environment for everyone. This means embracing the values below during all interactions—whether on social media, through pre-meet up communication, during the meet up, or afterward.

Be Kind: Treat your fellow Footbreakers and everyone you meet just like you’d want to be treated. At Footbreaks, there’s no space for harassment or bullying in any form, whether it’s verbal, written, or based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, appearance, disability, or health.

Be Respectful: To everyone you encounter—fellow Footbreakers, community members, and locals.

Be Responsible: Respect local laws and regulations. And, of course, use good judgment.

Be Flexible: Sometimes plans change, and that's okay. Keep an open mind, embrace new perspectives, and be willing to step out of your comfort zone.

Be Patient: Be mindful of daily schedules and remember, flexibility is key when things don’t go as planned.
